Amazon's new digital ebook reader, the Kindle is the talk of the industry at the moment and no doubt on many readers' gift lists. Using the E Ink technology, the Kindle, like the Sony Reader displays the book pages as well as you could ever hope for on an electronic device. For the price of a good digital camera or a video game console, the Kindle would surely provide squeals of delight from the avid reader.
Boxed gift sets newly available this year are the much anticipated Harry Potter
series and the Spiderwick Chronicles. Each includes all novels in the series and comes in a unique chest that will be a great addition to any collection.

It goes without saying that the Reader Rabbit and Jumpstart series of early learning software games are excellent for the early grade levels as well as the pre-school age group. We always recommend these for our young readers!
Be sure to bring home some favorite characters like Dora, Diego, Blue's Clues, Sesame Street, Veggie Tales and Disney Princesses and Disney Fairies. Children love to learn with their favorite characters, and learning on the computer is so fast and easy that parents will be equally delighted with the results!
For the slightly older kids, Magic School Bus and Magic Tree House adventures are timeless!
